Rikei Becomes PULS’s Authorized Sales Partner – Starting to Sell a Wide Range of DIN-Rail Power Supplies
Rikei Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tetsuo Kuroda; hereinafter “Rikei”) would like to announce that it has become an authorized sales partner of PULS Pte. Ltd., (Headquarters: PULS GmbH located in Munich, Germany; President: Bernhard Erdl; hereinafter “PULS”) and started to sell DIN-rail*1) mountable switched-mode power supplies (AC/DC converters and DC/DC converters).
PULS is focused on developing and supplying technologically advanced, highly efficient DIN-rail power supplies. As a result of the technological advancements and experience cultivated over the past few decades, PULS ranked No.1*2) in global market share for DIN-rail power supplies in 2007. With PULS’s high reliability and specialty, PULS continues to earn customer trust and loyalty.
PULS power supplies are designed to be highly efficient, compact, and easy to assemble, and can be used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications, including railways, plant equipment, ships and power conditioners for renewable energy. While the output voltage of conventional power supplies is generally 24 V, PULS supports the output voltage range from 5 V to 72 V and the maximum power of 960 W. A wide range of power supplies from low power and low-end models to high performance and high-end models are available according to customers’ needs and applications. Also, MGV Stromversorgungen GmbH, a group company of PULS, offers custom-designed solutions, such as modified standard units and standard units with customized elements.
*1) DIN rail: A metal rail widely used for panel mounting. “DIN” is an abbreviation for the German industrial standards and is correspond to Japanese Industrial Standards “JIS.” A DIN-rail is also called an international standard “IEC-rail.”
